At the heart of Arkas Logistics Group’s digital transformation in field operations, AR-CELL provides end-to-end digital management of the entire workflow, from order creation to the completion of transportation. Real-time monitoring of vehicle and driver performance, the digitalization of maintenance and breakdown processes via a mobile platform, and a dynamic customer communication infrastructure collectively deliver measurable gains in operational efficiency. With the implementation of the application, a 1.85% improvement in fleet-wide fuel consumption was achieved, corresponding to nearly 500,000 liters of fuel savings. In addition, a 35% decrease in speed and rev violations further strengthened safety and environmental sustainability.
The Heavy Vehicle Navigation System, introduced in Türkiye for the first time by Arkas Logistics, minimizes operational risks by guiding vehicles to legally permitted routes based on their weight and size. Meanwhile, the Reefer Temperature Tracking Module strengthens regulatory compliance and operational safety in refrigerated transportation by automatically recording temperature data with SMS confirmation.
