The Golden Leader Awards 2025, organized for the fifth time this year and recognized as one of Türkiye’s most prestigious leadership awards due to its inclusive framework and democratic voting system, concluded its 10-month voting period. Backed by a broad communication initiative encompassing Türkiye’s prominent companies, the process recorded unprecedented participation.
In the Golden Leaders Awards voting process, conducted with the participation of professionals from all sectors, more than 85,000 employees cast their votes for the leaders they most admired in the business world. Across Türkiye, 935 different names were nominated in the CHRO category in 2025, and 50 were selected; Arkas Holding CHRO Dr. Şengül Atalay secured her place among the “Most Admired Leaders” for the third time.
