Arkas Arcademia hosted its first event of 2026 titled “Leadership and Innovation in a Chaotic World.” Organized with the contributions of Bright Thinking Project trainers Cem Berk, Kadir Ceran, Seçkin Aguday, Serhan Berker, and Tuba Berberoğlu Ünlü, the event brought together over 30 human resources and training professionals from various sectors.
At the event, discussions focused on how the concept of leadership is transforming in today’s world, marked by growing global uncertainties, the key components underpinning effective management approaches in chaotic environments, and the role of innovation in this context. Participants were introduced to diverse viewpoints suggesting that chaos should not merely be seen as a risk zone, but also, when interpreted correctly, as a strong catalyst.
In the sharing environment, which progressed in a conversational format, topics such as leadership transformation, sustainability, digital transformation, and innovation were discussed within the framework of today’s business world dynamics and future-oriented projections. Participants shared their experiences and practical examples, creating a content flow marked by a high level of mutual interaction.
