During the midterm break, Arkas Art Children’s Workshops offer an exciting opportunity for children to explore their creative potential with a dynamic program running from January 18th to February 1st. This special event series, hosted at Arkas Art Center (Alsancak) and Arkas Art Bornova, Izmir, features a variety of fun and educational activities designed for children of different age groups.
An Art-Filled Holiday
During the workshops, children will have the opportunity to engage in both individual and parent-child activities, tailored to their age groups. From crafting little mushrooms and imagination balloons to creating collages and designing costumes, the workshops offer a wide range of themes that will help children enhance their fine motor skills and deepen their connection with art.
Throughout the program, children will experiment with innovative designs using recycled materials in some activities, while in others, they will draw inspiration from nature and the world of art. Each workshop is designed to nurture children’s creativity while introducing them to a variety of materials and techniques.
