Donation from Arkas Hellas to the Special Primary School of Penteli

A wooden outdoor storage unit was constructed at the Special Primary School of Penteli with the donation of Arkas Hellas, our office in Greece. The school was founded in 1980 and designated as a special education institution in 1982. While it initially served children at the PIKPA Penteli sanatorium, it now offers education to students in the region who need support with motor skills and cognitive development.

Our volunteer team members Lena Apostolidou, Katerina Goula, and Dimitris Kassimatis visited the school, spending time with the children, playing games, and having conversations with them. This visit became a valuable experience that helped foster children’s sense of community and solidarity.

By participating in group activities with our volunteers, the children had the opportunity to develop their abilities in communication and cooperation.
