Arkas Science and Arts Center (Arkas BILSEM), supported by Arkas Holding’s visionary approach to education, has achieved significant international recognition. It has been one of the finalists in the “Environmental Action” category of the “World’s Best School Prizes”, organized by UK-based T4 Education.
Established in the 2020–2021 academic year with the support of Arkas Holding’s vision in education, Arkas BILSEM has rapidly grown into an exemplary institution recognized globally for its achievements. This year, Arkas BILSEM was selected as a finalist in the “Environmental Action” category of the “World’s Best School Prizes”, an initiative that aims to highlight institutions making a global difference in education. Only three schools from Türkiye were included in the list this year. The initiative seeks to recognize globally influential projects in education and innovative approaches.

Striving to transform education worldwide, T4 Education is a global platform that brings together more than 200,000 teachers from over 100 countries. The “World’s Best School Prizes” aims to introduce inspiring educational models that create social impact and prioritize inclusivity and sustainability.
Arkas BILSEM and the other finalists will also compete for the “Community Choice Award.” Winners will be announced in October, and the award ceremony will be held during the World Schools Summit in Abu Dhabi on November 15–16.
