Türkiye Voleybol Federasyonu ve İzmir Büyükşehir Belediyesi’nin iş birliğiyle düzenlenen Yıldızlar (Kız-Erkek) Festival Voleybol Altyapılar Türkiye Şampiyonası sona erdi. İzmir’de düzenlenen organizasyonda Yıldız Erkekler’de Arkas Spor üst üste ikinci şampiyonluğunu kazandı.
During the event held at Fair Izmir, the Arkas Spor Star Men’s Volleyball Team achieved a remarkable success by remaining undefeated throughout all the group, semi-final, and final matches. The blue-whites beat Tekirdag Genclik Hizmetleri, Fenerbahce, Bilim Yasam Istanbul 3-0 and Konya Metropolitan Municipality 3-1 in the group matches and advanced to the semi-finals. Arkas Sport Star Men’s Volleyball Team, which defeated Istanbul Buyuksehir Belediyespor 3-1 in the semi-final match, became the opponent of TVF Sports High School in the final. In the breathtaking final challenge, Arkas Spor Star Men’s Volleyball team of Arkas Spor beat TVF Sports High School in 16-25, 27-25, 25-23 and 25-23 sets 3-1, became the Turkish champions. The players were in the greatest joy after the game. The blue-whites received the championship trophy from Turkish Volleyball Federation Deputy Chief of Leagues Ahmet Goksu. TVF Sports High School claimed second place in the star men and Istanbul BBSK took third place.
The Arkas Spor Star Male Volleyball Team is coached by Atilla Oztire together with assistant coach Omer Lacin. The team’s roster includes Mehmet Ali Ceyhan, Boran Tuna Simsek, Oben Thomas Kokten, Ege Bilge, Yusuf Ali Celik, Ates Atahan Akboru, Kuzey Deniz Arici, Batihan Ciftci, Ahmet Alaettinoglu, Cem Cetinel, Aleksey Atilla Oztire, Ismail Goktug Ozdemir, Samet Aksoy, Kadir Ozdemir, Ahmet Erbas, Yunus Emre Altas, Mehmet Yilmaz and Yagiz Barisir.
