The results for the 2023 Golden Leader Awards, which is among Türkiye’s most prestigious leadership awards, have been announced. Dr. Şengül Atalay, Arkas Holding CHRO responsible for HR Strategy and Policies, has been named the Most Admired CHRO of the Year, thereby claiming the Golden Leader Award.
Recognized as among “Türkiye’s Most Prestigious Leadership Awards” due to inclusive participation criteria, technological infrastructure diversity, and tens of thousands of votes, the Golden Leader Awards 2023 have been announced.
The winners of the Golden Leader Awards have been determined over an eight-month period, through singular voting validated by SMS verification codes from 73,882 employees in the business world. Dr. Şengül Atalay from Arkas Holding secured the title of Türkiye’s Most Admired Golden Leader in the CHRO category, through the votes of company employees, the sector, and stakeholders.
During the award ceremony, Atalay shared her thoughts on the success, stating, “Together with my team, for 20 years, we have continued to embrace the motto of Arkas, ‘It all starts with a dream!’ and persist in dreaming. I accept this award on behalf of my team.”
