The Icimizden Biri (One of Us) Program Increases Communication and Motivation

Arkas Academy continues to bring together Arkasians with company executives at webinar events. The online chat program where the pandemic period is evaluated and predictions about the transition to the New normal and post-pandemic world are shared, “One of Us” plays an important role in communication and motivation. The program that launched for the aforementioned purposes in July will continue in the coming months.

Arkas Academy helps the employees meet the CEO, general managers and directors with the One of Us program via Teams. The first guests of the events that started in July were Arkas Line CEO Can Atalay, Area and Agency Management CEO Cenk Deger, Arkas Merchant Fleet Group Vice President Ibrahim Kontaytekin, and lastly Area and Agency Management COO Figen Erez. During the programs, the managers shared their opinions about the sectoral impacts of the pandemic, post-pandemic predictions and life in the New Normal.

Arkas Logistics CEO Onur Gocmez also participated in the One of Us program as a speaker in August. Mr. Gocmez conveyed his thoughts by giving information about Arkas Logistics’ strategies on the New Normal, and the Great Migration. Another important guest in August was Arkas Holding CIO Mert Oruz. Berna Kumas Sipahi, Arkas Holding Corporate Communications Director, was the speaker of September. The topics addressed in the programs included the transition to remote work, the future information technologies as well as the future of corporate communication.

Arkas Academy will soon bring together the employees online with Arkas Holding HR Director Sengul Atalay, PhD. and Arkas Line Area Management CCO Ece Cokdeger.
