Arkas Hellas organized a two-day online training seminar on how to ensure and maintain customer satisfaction. In the seminar, participants were explained the main principals of customer services.
In the seminar instructed by Rousis Petros, significant issues on how to improve skills regarding customer services and customer relations were shared along with the main principals of customer services. In this online training seminar, the participants gained a deeper insight on “Customer Excellence, Coordination with the Customer, Revealing Needs, Identifying Expectations, Customer Touch Points, Service Focus, Expectations vs. Experience, Complaints Handling, Customer Hearing, Control and Management of Prejudices and Building Customer Loyalty”. Among the participants of the online event held in March, were employees from the Piraeus and Thessaloniki branches of Arkas Hellas, Aegean Container Agency and Tarros Hellas, as well as employees from the Customer Loyalty and Delivery Order departments, including the Supervisor of the Documentation Department and the Coordinator of the Corporate Communication Department.
In the end of the seminar, all participants were presented a certificate of attendance.
