Developing learning tools by considering both the needs of employees and the business goals of the company, Arkas Academy attaches great importance to supporting the entire learning experience of Arkas employees. A-Live ensures that information is shared quickly between people, whenever it is needed. Proving its strategic importance, this method facilitates social learning while working. With A-Live, Arkas Academy has created a platform resembling the News Feed section in social media, where Arkas employees can share content such as videos and articles related to their area of expertise or personal development, and like and make comments on them. This in return, generates a culture of an “organization that learns and shares” within the company.

As one of the world’s most prestigious business awards, the Stevie Awards have been given since 2002 to reward the achievements in the business world and the contributions of organizations to society, and to announce them on international platforms. At the competition, which is attended by different judges every year, organizations and managers are evaluated by more than 200 professional managers from all over the world. Organizations that compete at the event are evaluated in many categories such as marketing, human resources, customer services, information systems, management and business performance. Arkas Academy had also won 17 Stevie Awards before for different projects.
